The Ministry has opened its Digital Learning Academy, providing standardised onboarding and continuing professional development for everyone working with the Ministry.
The first programme, Welcome to the Ministry, gives all new personnel a shared foundational understanding of the health system, Ministry operations, and the rights and responsibilities of those who work within it.
Programmes are mobile-first, include transcripts for all narration, and issue a verifiable certificate on completion.
